It began with the bright, hand-cut gemstones as the light, the flower. The simple rustic settings were the shadows, the shrooms. I grew up exploring in the woods, catching frogs and swimming in ponds. I enjoy traveling, camping, rock climbing and film photography. Nature keeps me centered and inspires my creativity. 

The gemstones I work with are always genuine and untreated, hand-cut by some oh-so-talented lapidary artists.
